Food and Beverage Staff

Positions Available:

• Part Time

• Beverage Cart
• Restaurant Server
• Halfway House Server

Requirements:

• Must be experienced with Computers
• Must posses Smart Serve certification prior to first shift worked. - https://smartserve.org/
• Must be 18 Years of Age Prior to April 15, 2012
• *Note* - Not all shifts may be in the same position.

Position Description:

1. Preparation in advance for any required service, including the actual set-up of the service area.
2. Determines and requisitions supplies as needed.
3. Maintains efficient and smooth service to customers.
4. Orders and bills recorded accurately.
5. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of service area, and ensures dishes are sanitized in the absence of the dishwasher.
6. Ensures proper procedures for hygiene in compliance with all federal, provincial and local laws.
7. Adheres to strict alcohol service policy in accordance with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
